As with most restaurants and food operations, our food costs have been increasing. Sierra Nevada is focused on fresh, local, and quality ingredients. In order to maintain that value, we need to adjust our pricing accordingly. We aim to continue to provide the best in quality products and services, and can only achieve this with financial sustainability.
We are pre-selling buffet dinner and dessert tickets to help us know exactly how much food to prepare. We have found that there are inconsistencies in preparing the right amount of food. We either have much waste or sell out of food. By pre-selling the tickets, we will be able to gauge our food estimates and costs more precisely, as well as cutting down on food waste.
All ticket sales for the Big Room must now run through our ticketing system, Eventbrite. However we know that our customers love and collect the hard copy of the original Big Room ticket. We feel that if it’s important to our customers, we will provide these hard copy tickets as collectors’ items. However, in order to enter the show and go through our ticket scans, you will need to bar code on the Eventbrite printout.
The Big Room will host a variety of concerts, some with standing room only, some with theater-style seating, and some with a mix of the two. These shows will host up and coming, premier artists from all genres, including but not limited to rock, alternative, indie, hip-hop, R&B and much more.
Any show billed as Sierra Nevada Presents! will have the following features:

The Big Room will also continue to host our Beer Release parties, billed as such. These shows will have their own logo as well and will have the following features:

In order to improve our shows, we need data. By utilizing ticketing technologies, we will be able to analyze our ticket sales and therefore provide better services to our customers.
You can purchase tickets online or in person at the Gift Shop. Purchasing tickets online will be subject to our ticketing company’s fee.
At Heritage Shows, we serve a full buffet dinner from 6:00 – 7:30 PM, prior to the show time. Buffet dinner and dessert ticket are pre-sold online for each show. At any other concert, we will have snacks for purchase throughout the entire event.
At Heritage Series shows, seats at the tables are first come, first served general admission. We do not allow tables to be reserved for the general public.
No. If you do see a reserved seat sign, it is generally for the house.
We generally offer at least seven or eight Sierra Nevada lagers and ales, a wide selection of wine, soft drinks, coffee, and water. No hard alcohol or non-Sierra Nevada beer products are served. Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., in accordance with California State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, strictly abides by the Bona Fide I.D. requirements when determining drinking age. An acceptable form of I.D. must be issued by an Official Government Agency (Federal, State, County or City) and must contain all of the following: name, photo, and date of birth, and must be currently valid. (Bona Fide I.D. is one card that contains all of these items).

These shows reflect the heritage of the Big Room. With these shows, we pay homage to our history and our culture as a brewery and a community. We hope to reflect the past in our future in all that we do to keep us grounded and humble.

All Heritage Series shows will be explicitly described as Heritage Shows. You will also be able to look for the Heritage Series logo.
Customers can now purchase their dinner and dessert tickets ahead of time online or in the Gift Shop. These “premium” tickets include entry to the show and a ticket to our buffet dinner and dessert.
Dinner is available from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM. After that time, you will not be able to redeem your ticket for food.
