Sidecar Orange IPA
Orange peel and fruit-forward hops are a perfect match, so we took what we started, and turned up the volume. This orange-infused IPA is the big brother of our Sidecar Orange Pale, with even more orange and hop flavor. It is crisp, lightly bitter, and heavy with the fruity citrus aromas of sweet orange and hops.
Southern Gothic Session Pils
Steeped in tradition, yet, ready for anything. That pretty much sums up our Southern Gothic Session Pils. This hop-forward, but light-bodied pilsner is crisp and drinkable—perfect for an afternoon on the porch or a night down at the pub. We left it unfiltered and raw to bring out its com-plexity and to fit right in to nearly any situation.
Inspired by the island life, we created an IPA completely disconnected from the mainland. We used our one-of-a-kind Hop Torpedo to deliver an intense rush of hop flavor and the lush aromas of mango, papaya, and passionfruit with every sip. Enjoy our tropical twist on the American IPA.
The Helles—or light colored—lager is one of Germany’s greatest gifts to the brewing world. This complex, yet, approachable style offers a near perfect balance between deep malt flavors and a crisp hop finish. Our version of this venerable style is inspired by the German-brewed classics and perfect for nearly any occasion.
Barrel-Aged Bock, Stock and Barrel
This unique brew is a barrel-aged version of a traditional German doppelbock aged in used Kentucky bourbon barrels for 8 months. The intense malty sweetness of this hearty lager is enhanced by notes of toasted oak and caramelized sugar from the time spent in barrels.
Dark in color but light in body, this German “black beer” is one of our more sessionable offerings. Slight smoke rises through the roasty nose, and a mouth-coating creaminess sets up a bittersweet, dry finish.
